▶In the middle of the chaos of moving into a newly built custom home, we needed sell our previously built custom home. When I posted my home sale I got an abundant inquiries combined with realtors sending me messages offering to sell my home. Chris messaged and just offered help and information to assist with the FSBO. After a few more life changing events (caring for my father in law, & his subsequent passing, sons graduation & leaving for the Army)it got chaotic for us. We did not have what was needed to address everything for selling our home. With confidence we handed the reigns over to Chris, who went above and beyond to get things done for the sale of our home, things not required as a realtor. Our home was under contract within two weeks. Our home went to the right person at the right time, sold and closed quickly. All at Chris’ direction.
