About 7 years ago we tried to sell our lots on Deer Lake and we basically heard nothing from the realtor till the contract ran out. A company trying to purchase it from us for next to nothing was giving us negative feedback. So we weren't very upbeat about it selling. Beatriz was full of enthusiasm and optimistic that she could get it sold for us. She worked well with us on setting our asking price even though she thought she could get more for it than we thought it would bring. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was kind, courteous, and patient with us in the sending back and forth all the documents needed to make the sale. And most of all, she kept us informed every step of the way. She listed it and the next day emailed us that she had 3 offers on it. Great results! We were very pleased with her and pleasantly surprised to have it sold only $200 below our asking price.
