•Our property had a lot of challenges. Between the flood zone, The demanding buyers, The water meter and the entrance easement. Lisa really had to think outside the box. She came up with multiple ways to deal with each challenge. She was thoughtful to both the buyers and us sellers. She really lives by the Golden Rule. It was like working with a friend. She was able to point out when I was being unrealistic (I didn't enjoy it at the time ;) in a nice calm way. You can tell she has the experience to deal with any circumstance. Our 77 acres took about a year to sell. She did not give up on us she kept changing up the listing. She had Mutiple photographers take pictures. She really went above and beyond our expectations. My family and I will use her for all our real estate transactions.
