•A friend recommended Cinnamon when a realtor we had selected didn't "click" with my wife. (That realtor wanted us to repaint in new colors, change out hardware, light fixtures, mirrors - when we'd already spent a lot of money doing just that over the past three years.) Cinnamon listened to our needs and assured us that our house was in fine shape to list as is. She worked with her associate Bob to get it listed quickly with beautiful photos highlighting our home's best features. The listing went live on October 4, and we accepted an offer on October 17 and closed on November 8! Cinnamon was present for inspections and appraisal, scheduled repairs (as we were by then out of town), and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She even did "the little things" like checking our mailbox for us after we left, etc. We would wholeheartedly recommend Cinnamon to anyone considering selling a house!
