•Bruce shared market knowledge for our area, but also in the general Twin Cities area. He was able to explain "realtor terms" and market trends for us- this was important because we have not purchased or sold property in quite some time. Bruce actively sought out potential buyers. It was evident he was pursuing all avenues for our home and definitely thought outside the box, which again showed us his market knowledge and how to make the sale. Bruce was an excellent communicator. He was in constant contact with us from beginning to closing. Bruce answered all of our questions, and we had many! There was even a short time where he was going to be out of town and he made sure we were covered and would have professionals there in case we needed them. Not every agent or company does that, and it made us feel secure. Bruce and his company acted with the utmost professionalism throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone as they consider buying or selling a home.
