An agent that will fight for you and won’t beat around the bush if it’s a bad deal.

There are not enough words that I can put in this review that will really explain how stellar Clark is. My husband and I decided that we would venture into the market. We know so many people who’ve been trying to buy for years, but the market being what it is, have had no luck. Needless to say my husband and I weren’t very hopeful that we would find and snag a house any time soon. We met with Clark, told him what we were looking for and he was able to line up homes that fit our needs. The FIRST home we feel in love with, he was able to get us. Not only that, but the homeowners accepted under what the property was listed for and they paid all closing costs. Unheard of, we were so elated!!! The home itself was still occupied by tenants. So we had to go about an eviction process. With the rental market being as impossible as it is and with COVID my husband and I thought for sure it would be about a year before they were able to leave and get established in a new home. Clark chose to go above and beyond to get them a new home. He connected them with someone who was able to get them into a new place in only a few months. When it came time to sign for the home, he was able to hurry up the signing process. We were set to close at the end of February. Two days before my due date. Clark knew that we were hoping to get in sooner so that we could get established and comfortable before the baby was here. He made it happen! We were able to close almost a month early. The gal from Ticor Title informed us that Clark had consistently been in touch with her and was doing everything in his power to push along the process. He made it happen. Literally one miracle after another. He made it all happen without being asked! If you want an agent who will give you his honest opinion, works hard to help your dream home become a reality and actually listens to you. Clark is your guy!
