•I was all over the place with looking for a house. Kathy was very helpful with showing me houses last minute, daily and all over. I thought I knew what area I wanted but my ideas kept changing. Kathy wasn’t pushy. I didn’t feel forced to buy anything and she really let me fall in love with the house. Even when we went to houses and the other sellers agent was there I felt pressured by them and Kathy just let me know if it’s meant to be it’s meant to be. And I had to follow my gut! She also dealt with the drama I was given with my sell on my condo and she kept being professional and understanding. Unfortunately this home purchase wasn’t easy and Kathy had to deal with a lot, and I appreciate her calmness through all of this. She has a contagious smile that makes you feel comfortable. She’s a great agent! I highly recommend and will use her again!
