From the first moment I called Martha she was always right there to help. I called her and asked her to meet me that day..... she was there in a few hours. She made some suggestions on how to appropriately stage my house and although I was not extremely excited to take all tvs out of my house, I did. I also took down all personal pictures, staged as requested. She came to my house immediately when needed and took pictures, posted my house on the website all places she could do so, at 2 am in the morning... no kidding (make sure it was posted to get it sold quickly as needed to get the house of my dreams) The following morning I had numerous requests for showings and within 3 hours of the first showing we had a full price cash offer.
