We met with Bill over several trips for about 4 months. Reviewing many different areas from St Augustine to Daytona, and all towns in between. Bill took our feedback and provided continuous updates on properties and trends in the few cities we honed in on. After many visits, we decided to concentrate on Palm Coast only. Bill had found several homes within our range and ultimately found the development that we purchased our home in. Bill was amazing! Due to a difficult situation on my side, selling my home was not easy. We had three contracts, two of which did not end in closing because of my unique situation. However, each time Bill had a positive attitude, was very supportive, and each time within hours we had another even better contract. Bill and his wife Jeanne were understanding and sympathetic to my situation and always there for me. No question was too small or task too large. Bill always came through with encouragement and a smile. I was truly blessed to have had him as my realtor and consider him and his wife Jeanne friends. Not only was Bill there for me when needed, he knew the market. And each time a contract fell through due to a closing date on my side, he used that positive attitude and knowledge of his profession to acquire and even better contract. Time was passing and the market got better and Bill used his expertise and knowledge of the market to take advantage of it. He gently quieted my anxiety through a very difficult time, was never frustrated by my situation or pushy, and when we did close, Bill was at my side.
