•We had been working with a different realtor. After a year of working with her and still not being in a house, we decided to part ways. I put a post up on Facebook asking for recommendations, and Jim reached out within an hour. We decided to go with him. He spoke with us and made a list of houses to check out. By the end of that week we had a full day of houses planned out. We looked at 6 houses and found one we loved. We talked with Jim about the offer we wanted to do and he did everything we asked. By the end of the next week, our offer had been accepted and we started our process of buying a house. I truly cannot speak highly enough of him. He stayed in constant communication. He worked long, late hours for us. He went above and beyond to give us the best service. We are so grateful we went with him! I would highly recommend him!
