I have had the opportunity to work with Jessica in selling and buying another home. Before going with her, I interviewed multiple realtors and found that she would be the best. Her experience and knowledge is hands down the best in the business. No matter what your budget is from 200 k - 2 million her ability to understand and quickly give me answer or find when she did not know was amazing. She is very creative with her marketing strategies in order to sale quickly for top dollar. She listened to my concerns and helped me understand the whole process along the way. When it was time to buy another home, she was patient with my ideas and limited budget. The team she has created over the years from a mortgage broker to handyman services is superior to finding creative solutions in order to achieve the end results of purchasing a new home.
