•I have bought and sold many properties over the years and worked with many agents. In my most recent two transactions Eddie has acted as both the buying and then as the selling agent. In each case I was impressed by the professionalism and competency he exhibited. His knowledge of real estate and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been difficult transactions close with ease. He always provided a number of options when a decision was needed. The property that was sold was located quite far from where we were currently living. When the property inspection revealed repairs that were needed, Eddie took it upon himself to find the contractors to do those repairs. The entire transaction was done remotely. If you need a realtor in this area in this area I recommend Edwin Momeny as your best choice.
