•There's the common joke that real estate agents are there to show you Zillow listings and open doors. Bao, however, completely breaks the mold. From our very first conversations, he clearly showed his experience and expertise in the industry. He explained everything in both a transparent and understandable way answering any and all questions I had from the initial meeting to closing (and even after). As soon as I agreed to have him represent me to sell my townhouse, he jumped into action. He collected data of local sales and listings to formulate and present a plan of action. He offered his opinions but ultimately left the decision up to me. What I liked most about Bao was that I truly felt that he would give me sound advice that would benefit me even if it meant less money or more work for him. For example, we initially decided to stage the house as it is a common way to build excitement. However, after touring the house with his stager, they both agreed it would not be worth it. Hearing his explanation I concurred and decided to save on that expense. Ultimately it was the correct choice. His biggest strength though is his negotiation skills. Bao is absolutely the agent you want on your team. He was able to find and push multiple offers until we got an offer well above asking beating out most comparable sales in the area. I have and will absolutely recommend Bao to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
