I first met Denise 4-5 years ago during an open house of one of the first houses that she was selling. On that day I told her briefly about my specific needs and she gave me her business card. Since that day I have felt at ease with her, and I found out very quickly that she LISTENS with her ears to one's needs, and takes those requests to heart without forgetting about them.We have seen many, many houses with her and there has NEVER been a hint of her pressuring us! She would look at the houses and give us her unbiased opinion (even if it meant losing a sale). She spent all the time that was needed to go through the house, pointing out the positives and negatives of each house. After the showings she was very prompt in providing us with all the information we needed. She traveled numerous times all the way from Burlington MA to the Hopkinton/ Holliston MA area where we finally ended up buying a house. She Always had a warm and upbeat attitude, no matter how many times we said ‘no’ to the houses. Once we had zeroed in on the house we were going to buy, she was there to provide us with all the connections that we needed. She has the best team!We were so happy with her hard work, efficiency, insight and knowledge that soon after buying the new house, when we needed to sell the old one, without hesitation we continued with her as our agent. She was as competent in helping us sell our house as she had been in our purchase. It took us many years to decide on the house we were going to buy, but it took only about 45 days from the time the house went on the market to the time it got sold! Again, Denise was fantastic!! If, in the future, we ever have to buy or sell our house, we would definitely choose her as our Agent again! Another sweet thing that has happened is that she has also become a trusted friend.
