The best decision I made in choosing my home sale team was choosing Lynda Leone as my Realtor. Her knowledge of NY Real Estate law and her professionalism was put to the test with our very complicated home sale. There were more than a few challenges we faced during this process. Many of them were extraordinary and even avoidable if we had chosen a more knowledgeable and caring legal team, but we didn't. As my Realtor, Lynda stepped up and filled that void. She actively corrected mistakes, expedited the slow moving process in any way she could and she was proactive knowing all the boxes that needed to be checked and getting all of the necessary documents and protocols moving.
