Lucy was wonderful to work with when we sold my mother’s house. She brought a great mix of patience, market knowledge, and genuine care to the whole process. She understands what catches a buyer’s attention, what questions they’re likely to ask, and how to keep things moving without making us feel rushed. Her energy deserves its own mention. I’m convinced she answers messages before her phone even finishes ringing! Whenever something came up, Lucy was on it, and we always felt informed and supported. She made an important sale much easier for our family, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

When I first interviewed Lucy regarding selling a house in the Mainland’s she came fully informed with condo documents and comparable sales Lucy had organized a folder that I could review later with my husband regarding the above info and contract. She is very concise .I conveyed to Lucy my price range and she kept me informed of all the offers and her responses to them. After seeing her responses I felt totally secure with her skill ,professionalism and experience! Lucy negotiated a very good deal for a house that needed to be gutted. Needless to say Im a very happy customer and feel extremely comfortable in referring Lucy to anyone who wants a great realtor.

Lucy was great. Extremely responsive and motivated. Based on her experience she counseled patience when we wanted to take early action. And she went above and beyond when we needed assistance at the residence when out of town. Wonderful personality and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
