Great experience!

Fran was simply the best agent we could have found.
Fran drove us all over Central Florida to find us the right home in the pouring rain. We saw so many models and different builders over a three-day period that we lost count. With only hours left for our return home to Arizona she gave us a call and told us a home just opened up. Fran knew what we were looking for and only spent time finding THAT HOUSE. With delay in the completion of the home she advised us on how to make sure the house was up to our standard and everything was done correctly. It was not but she still working hard to make sure the builder fixes the problems and issues.

Fantastic experience
Fran is a fantastic agent with years of experience in the beach and Tampa areas. She is easy to work with and very responsive to your needs and questions. She has a good eye for the value of a property. She has lots of knowledge of various contractors and possible opportunities for improving an existing house into your dream home. I will continue to work with Fran on home upgrades even after i have now closed

Awesome experience with a great person You need to look no further for a realtor
The saying “I’m only a phone call away” is true with Fran. No matter what time of day she will answer your call and be there for any concerns or questions. She was very professional and hard working. Our property we sold was under contract in only days and this was before the housing market boom. I will only use her if I am ever in the market for a home or selling another home.
