We were overwhelmed with excitement of how quickly and smoothly the process of “selling our home” was. Susi (Suzanne Richetti) was AMAZING from the moment we decided to sell our home until the day we closed and drove away. I don’t know where to start in expressing my extreme appreciation for Lucy and the team at Realty Center! We first reached out to Lucy about 6 months ago because my husband and I were interested in selling our condo and buying a townhouse. It was our first time selling a property, my first time buying, and we were both feeling overwhelmed, clueless, and unsure where to begin. Lucy was always patient in answering all of our questions, and there were many. Every step of the way, I was grateful to have Lucy helping us. She helped ensure we received offers on our condo that we were very happy with, and negotiated to ensure all of our needs were met since we had not yet found our new home. Sadly there were some challenges with the sale of our condo due to delays with everything being finalized by our buyers. It was something completely beyond our control, but Lucy was always on top of everything communicating with the buyer’s broker. She made sure everything came together and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. I would HIGHLY recommend Lucy and her team at Realty Center.
