•We had not narrowed down the location or type of home that our family needed, like most people we were a bit clueless on how to start. But when we meet Alfonso we notice his professionalism and the knowledge he has in the market and felt comfortable working with him. Alfonso informed us on how the market and interest during this time was working which gave us a better outlook on what to expect during this process. At one point we had made an offer on a house and it was accepted, but after the second walk thru we realized it wasn’t the right fit for our family, we didn’t go thru with it and pulled out from the contract. Alfonso was extremely patient and understanding, at no point did we feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Once we found the right home for us we were given 15 days to get a conditional loan approval by the seller and fortunately Alfonso is a licensed loan officer with Network Funding and was instrumental on helping us reach the deadline Working with his Network Funding team was quick and efficient everyone communicated in a timely manner and so that made this process quick. We greatly appreciate his input and guidance through the process of purchasing our home. We will highly recommend Alfonso to family and friends. Very happy for having Alfonso as our realtor.
