Over the summer (2017), my fiancé and I spoke...

Over the summer (2017), my fiancé and I spoke with Greg for the first time regarding our desire to initiate a search for our forever home. During this time, we were renting an apartment in Norwood, and wanted to discuss how best to go about the home search process. Without hesitation, Greg set up a meeting with us that worked best with our crazy schedules in our own apartment. Greg was able to give us a clear understanding of the search process and what would be required for us to purchase. We explained to Greg we would not likely be purchasing until end of 2018/2019, and he did not pressure us to buy sooner and continued to keep us in the loop with listings, and answered our MANY questions in a timely manner. Fast forward to November 2017: My fiancé and I were scrolling through our listings and came across our dream home. We got in contact with Greg that we were interested in this house, and without asking, Greg met with us at the open house. We ended up putting an offer in and found ourselves in a bidding war. Our "best and final offer" was due the day before Thanksgiving, and Greg called us the night before (9:00pm to accommodate our schedule) to advise our final offer without overbidding. The next day, my fiancé and I were stressed and texting Greg all morning regarding any decisions. Greg was SO patient with us and kept us in the loop every step of the way until the final decision was made that we got the house! From then on, Greg continued to be readily available via text/phone/email for the remainder of the purchase process. I cannot recommend Greg enough, and am forever grateful for him for helping us get our dream/forever home!
