Marco is a very polite, knowledgeable and disciplined professional real estate broker. I highly recommend his services and his company Realty51 for commercial and residential real estate needs. Marco is a very trustworthy and friendly person and his company Realty51 reflects his strong work ethics and principles which are hard to find in South Florida. Also his philanthropic idea of donating 51% of his brokerage proceeds to Art or to the charity of his client’s choice is amazing, very generous and kind. I wish more professionals were as selfless as he is!

As someone who has had the pleasure of working with Marco Homrighausen as a buyer, I would like to take this opportunity to assure that you are in good hands. He handled everything efficiently and professionally, which was a great relief since I have a very busy schedule at work, including abroad trips and was counting on Marco to run the show!<br/><br/>During my search for a home, Marco was both patient and thorough. He showed me those properties that met my criteria, and Marco was patient enough to spend the time it took for me to feel comfortable making a buying decision. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy :-) I never imagined meeting such a patient, passionate about his job and caring individual, he was by my side or just a phone call away. Hence, I had certain expectations in a home, which at times felt like I was attempting the impossible, but he not only listened to each request, he managed to find me my dream apartment, in the greater area of downtown Miami! He always took the time to call me, kept me in the loop, and updated me on every step of the process; from start to closing (and even afterwards)!
