•Jill was exactly what we were looking for in an agent. In our initial meeting she was inquisitive and straight forward. She was organized and thorough in her note taking. Moving to the next step, she knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us maintain our focus. As we scoured the viable market for our needs, Jill organized all of our viewings with ease, even the fringe properties the would ultimately not work out. We viewed quite a few properties and she maintained an incredible professional demeanor, even as I took us on a few wild goose chases. She was never pushy, but direct and honest as we discussed potential offers and the reality of the market. She helped us find our dream home and I cannot recommend her enough to other buyers. Her connections within the real estate community helped make the inspection, underwriting and closing processes. Jill deserves 5 stars in all categories, but we were looking slightly outside her typical circle and it was somewhat new territory (she is now a virtual expert in the area thanks to many many viewings). The other 4 star is something that is out of Jill’s hands: we didn’t need much negotiation when we found our dream home. Owners wanted out, we wanted in and I wasn’t about to let this one slip away. Jill was our rock throughout the process.
