•Nicole was very instrumental in getting our home sold and at a great price. We initially listed it for sale the prior year with another agent who was not as proactive or provided the confident experienced strategic guidance Nicole did. Before selecting Nicole, we looked at six top selling agents in our area. They all provided a nice brochure and great presentation. Nicole also had a nice brochure, but it was more concise and easier to follow. It wasn't just all about her and how great she was, it was about what she could do for us and how she would do it. She also provided insight as to tax transportability, any open permits, cost analysis way beyond what the standard CMA provided. Her insight as to the house prep, the marketing strategy, price point and her execution plan were very impressive and well thought out. The results, we listed the house on 3/6/2025 and immediately got showing requests. We had an offer approx. 30 days after listing the house and a final signed contract executed by both parties on 4/17/25 2% below the listing price. Thank you, Nicole!! Our realtor for life!! .
