•We hired Roni to sell an inherited property which was in terrible shape when it was surrendered to us. Roni was extremely communicative from the moment we engaged her. Assisted in identifying contractors to come in and conduct the necessary work to get the property ready for sale, had it photographed and listed within 3 weeks of initial contact and sold within 8 weeks of initial surrender. Roni went above and beyond to assist us due to the fact that we live 90 minutes from the property and had no desire to drive back and forth. Her constant communication, advise and attention to detail made this transaction virtually seamless. I would highly recommend Roni to anyone buying or selling a home.
