we explained what kind of house we were looking for and she only shows that style of house..within minutes of seeing a house, carmen would say not for us, not a good area, or needs too much work..when we finally saw the house at heritage greens, she work with the other broker and we bought a short sale in good shape and floorplan in 5 months..a short time for this kind of sale..she was a recomendation to us and we recommend her to others..we have redecorated the house and rented on a yearly basis after 45 days on the rental market.carmen's firm also manages the property.
