The original floor plan is the award-winning three bedrooms Bradford model by Toll Brothers, modified to accommodate a more traditional floor plan with a real hallway and more walls space for pictures and furniture. The open den upstairs lets in much more light, and could easily be switched back to a bedroom. There are many improved features like enhanced airflow between floors and over one hundred upgrades in all, on a premium lot too. Fun fact: this home was used for stock photography and has been featured in magazines, Websites and even advertising. Just amazing.
