Jill helped with a difficult market/ sellers. We had lots of challenges with contingency that we had to work through with the seller and their agent. During the final walk through we ran into conditions that the sellers didn't fulfill and they had already moved out of state. Jill worked through all the issues, followed up timely and ensured that the remedies were met. Ultimately she was able to get the house closed.
