•David Starry went above and beyond to sell our house in Austin's Allandale neighborhood. Because a couple of offers came from groups of investors, David tracked down the financial backers of all three offers on our house. He made sure prospective owners actually had the money to buy our house at the asking price. I don't think all Realtors do that. He actively promoted the sale of our property, which took about two months to sell. David kept me informed of the status of the proposed offers, and he calmed me down after I became anxious because Donald Trump's tariff bombshell happened a few weeks before the sale closed. David was helpful, professional, and dedicated to selling our house. I believe his efforts made it possible for the house to be sold at its full asking price. David has so much experience in the Austin housing market, and he uses every bit of it to sell the houses of his clients. This is the second house David has sold for my family, and I would use him again in a heartbeat.
