I reached out to Pam a couple of years ago when we initially thought of putting our house on the market. We agreed on a set agent commission etc. but then decided to stay in our home. When we decided to sell the second time Pam is the only agent I called, and she honored what we had agreed upon previously which she didn't have to. We discussed in detail the work that should be done with the budget we had to spruce the house up before listing. The recommendations she made really changed the look of our home and made the home look excellent in the listing photos. She knows the market and what potential buyers are looking for, which only comes with experience. Our photos were done on a Monday and the house was listed by 5 PM on Tuesday and was sold over asking within a week. Pam had to juggle over 36 showings within 4 days, partially while on vacation. I really appreciated her candor, dedication, and communication. We knew what was going on each step of the way and what was coming next.
