•So here's my buying experience , a friend recommended Ruth , we spoke about what we were looking for , after reviewing many homes she sent we decided on several to c , we found one that we liked made offer which eventually was accepted , Ruth had very good knowledgeable people she recommended for inspections , after house was approved by all she then helped us with everything , setting up utilities , recommending everything we needed to get settled , she even drove to NY to assist in the selling of my NY home , she then assisted us with our move to Connecticut , she and her husband Mike got to the new house before us and directed the movers as to were to put things , and had food and beverages waiting for us which was great as we were traveling all morning , I will add as well she had the house cleaned and stocked with cleaning supplies , to this day she still helps us with everything from gardeners to restaurant recommendations , I can honestly say her and Mike have become friends of ours , if I didn't say it I will now , I highly recommend Ruth as an agent , she goes above and beyond her job and thats greatly appreciated giving how stressful moving is .
