We were looking for a home in the Frederick area (Wormans Mill) and Tracy Franck from the Jim Bass Group was an excellent resource for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, set up a link to send us any new listings and was available to answer any questions we had. The buyer team (Julie) was very helpful too. We were buyers during a sellers market, so having an agent who knew the neighborhood and market was very helpful.

We had our house listed with Nancy when the market was extremely "hot" for sellers. First, she put fliers at our house that were not even our house! Second, during a super hot market we were not receiving any traffic and the house shows extremely well. I was a full-time realtor in another State for 15 years with a successful career but left to head our 40-year-old family business. I kept trying to tell Nancy, if you can believe this, that the house was way over-priced because we were not receiving traffic. I fired Nancy and hired an agent who does over 20 million a year and we had a contract within 2 weeks. It's sad because my Mom had moved into a senior living facility and it cost us thousands in lost proceeds (during the sellers market) and upkeep on the house all of the months it was vacant. Be very wary.
