Tom Truong as an excellent realtor agent
Tom Truong had sold two of my houses and bought one house for me. Tom is very knowledgeable realtor agent. I was very impressed with his handling my three house cases. He had went be on his duties to help buyers to resolve the most challenging/loan issues (e.g. home inspection report issues for loan closing and home inspection issues) to meet escrow deadline. It was outstanding that he was on top of following up on his promises and meeting every single deadline. Tom had save my $5k deposit from my buying house with a canceled contract. I have worked with many different agents, but I never have an outstanding, awesome, and excellent service and experience that Tom provided that I could never forget. As I mentioned above, I would like to very highly recommend that Tom Truong as a realtor agent who provided Excellent Excellent Excellent service. You can never go wrong with having Tom as your realtor agent. He always keep his promised and had my selling or buying houses on time or before the agreed due dates. He went the extra miles to work and followed up for any issues. I had been extremely impressed with Tom’s tremendous dedication in working on his role. There would be not enough words for me to describe how happy I was to know that Tom was servicing my houses. He even followed up with me via a phone call to ask about the resolved issues and/or completed escrow.
