•We initially went with another agent who gave us a "pie in the sky" asking price vs. the reality Casey is able to provide. Before the 90 day contract was up, we cancelled and enlisted the help of Casey. In a short period of time, we actually had foot traffic and showings. The first week is was listed, there were more showings than the entire time the other agent had it. I am convinced Casey is a great marketer and gives you the honest truth, whether you like to hear it or not. This sale was one of the most difficult with COVID-19 and the delays, etc.. The whole time Casey maintained the positive attitude and listened to our concerns. If you plan to buy or sell, the team Casey has is the best.
