I was looking for a home closer to work and saw a sign on a property for sale. I contacted the agent (Jose Perez) who handled everything for me. I did not even have my house listed for sale but Jose said he could sell mine to get me into the new house. Not only did he sell it, he sold it within 20 hours of listing it. That meant no more showings, no more appointments to deal with etc.. This was absolutely the fastest sale I am aware of. He set me up with the loan and title company who were great and handled everything. From viewing, inspections and keeping me abreast of what was next, Jose was always on top of his game. His integrity, vast knowledge of the area, real estate, and procedures, are reasons enough to use his services but he himself, being the professional he is, would be my reason to refer him to others. Jose has exceeded my expectations and I would look no further for any other agent. Great job Jose. And thank you!

I worked with Jose and Jennifer to sell my house in February to April 2020. They helped work through the process and were partners from day 1. In fact, Jennifer sold me the house (10 years ago) that I was trying to currently sell, so it was fantastic to see her still in the business when I needed a hand. As a team, Jose and Jennifer handled some interesting quirks between my ex-wife and I. We had dogs, limited availability to show the house to prospects, and a parade of interesting things happen. All in all, these guys were our saving grace and thank goodness for them. I'm not sure we'd have ever sold the house without Jose and Jennifer. Give them a call if you need a hand with real estate. Tami was awesomely helpful throughout the whole process of prepping our house, listing it, and negotiating the various offers. The fact that we were non-resident and out of state owners presented some twists to the process and Tami went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times. She also is a great communicator and guided us through the whole process. We spoke in person, on the phone, Facetime, texting and, of course, email. She would often give us a timeline of "next steps" and also help us to anticipate and consider "what if" options when we had offers. The venders she referred us to for cleaning and handyman work were reliable and convenient. In the end, we are very pleased with the sale of our house. Tami's very personal touch plus her expertise and patient communication with us was the key to a thrilling and satisfying experience.
