Diane and I began house hunting over 10 years ago when I bought my first house. My wife and I called her out of the blue when we got ready to dive back into the housing market. Diane immediately remembered me, where I worked, the kids, and all the details in between. She is the absolute BEST realtor out there! She’s patient, knowledge, and will do whatever it takes to get you the best deal on the house you want. The house we just bought was “under contract”, and after one call from Diane, the sellers were willing to hold off on signing to entertain our offer. She’s been on top of every single step throughout the process. Any questions we’ve had, she’s either answered immediately or found out an answer. Not only does Diane excel at every aspect of her profession, but her team is helpful and professional. I can’t say enough nice things about Diane and her team. Diane Burke is simply amazing! She truly goes above and beyond for ALL of her clients. I have used her twice now and she has executed immediately! My first experience with Diane, I was a first time home buyer, with no clue what I was doing. She took her time educating me throughout the entire process. Whether it was terminology, planning what’s next, or little things to look for when walking through a house or around property. She is very knowledgeable!!! We recently used Diane Burke for the second time. She was a big help to us when we bought a house in Chattanooga a few years ago, and she did an excellent job in helping us sell that house this year. We didn't get the house on the market until just after the recent housing boom ended this past summer. Her advertising effort and her negotiation skills resulted in a very satisfactory sale. My wife and I highly recommend her. She clearly has her client's best interest in mind - which we have previously found is not always the case.

Christa is the most amazing realtor! She made buying a home (in another state) the best experience it could be, even though it was so stressful. She was so clear in answering all of our strange or silly questions, and made us feel really comfortable. She always responded quickly and was prompt in showing homes. She was extremely knowledgeable about the chattanooga area and the types of homes, and we really appreciated that she pointed out areas of the house that might be concerning down the line (like the foundation or siding). I would recommend her to anyone, and would definitely want her to be our realtor again if we sell our house in the future!
