The house we just bought was “under contract”, and after one call from Diane, the sellers were willing to hold off on signing to entertain our offer. She’s been on top of every single step throughout the process. Any questions we’ve had, she’s either answered immediately or found out an answer. Diane Burke is simply amazing! She truly goes above and beyond for ALL of her clients. I have used her twice now and she has executed immediately! We recently used Diane Burke for the second time. She was a big help to us when we bought a house in Chattanooga a few years ago, and she did an excellent job in helping us sell that house this year. We didn't get the house on the market until just after the recent housing boom ended this past summer. Her advertising effort and her negotiation skills resulted in a very satisfactory sale. My wife and I highly recommend her. She clearly has her client's best interest in mind - which we have previously found is not always the case.

Christa is the most amazing realtor! She made buying a home (in another state) the best experience it could be, even though it was so stressful. She was so clear in answering all of our strange or silly questions, and made us feel really comfortable. She always responded quickly and was prompt in showing homes. She was extremely knowledgeable about the chattanooga area and the types of homes, and we really appreciated that she pointed out areas of the house that might be concerning down the line (like the foundation or siding). I would recommend her to anyone, and would definitely want her to be our realtor again if we sell our house in the future!

We have never had a good realtor. Robyn is an amazing realtor. She is super patient, and massively organized. After the offer was accepted, we couldn't believe how smoothly the closing went. We had never had an experience like that buying or selling a house. We will definitely ask Robyn to be our realtor again in the future and highly recommend her to everyone else.
