•As first-time home buyers, we appreciate that our realtor was knowledgeable and guided us through many parts of the process. However, we wish the inspection had brought more attention to some of the basic maintenance issues that come with purchasing an older home. Things could have been addressed to the owner at that time prior to selling to us. No fault to Ms. Williams. These oversights led to some unexpected challenges. But overall, we valued the support from Erica Williams and look forward to her assisting us with the purchase of our next property in the future.
