•George is a true professional. He helped us sell our old home and buy a new one. Any realtor can let you look at the MLS and houses all day. George listened to us and asked questions while we looked at houses so he could helped us understand what we were looking for. With his past experience he was able to show and point out issues with houses that we didn’t notice. He was our adviser to get us ready for the mortgage process and during by coordinating with title companies and mortgage companies. He tells the truth and even when it is not what you want to hear. If you are selling your home he will advise you how make best impression, where best to spend your money to make your home ready to sell. He will do price research (not just look at what was sold on MLS) and tell you what your home will sell for. We thought our house was worth more and wasted 2 months but he turned out to be right. He will prepare for the appraisal and home inspections. George Funk always let us take our time, never pressured us, always willing to answer our question and let us learn. My wife and I feel that his goal was for us to buy a house we would be happy with and not just to get a commission.
