•Deborah Zeolla was the real estate agent of record for the sale of my recently deceased brother’s home. I am the Executor of the estate. Deborah recommended a sale price $30K below market value. Good thing I did not take her advice since we quickly got a full price offer. But the real problem with Deborah is she is completely unprofessional. Deborah Zeolla is a Real Estate Probate Specialist. She primarily serves clients who are going through the California Probate Court system after a death in the family. Deborah Zeolla has been in this business for over a decade, so she knows all of the players. Since I live out of state, I hired a California law firm to assist me as Executor. Deborah immediately started bad-mouthing my lawyer and calling him a slowpoke. I later found out she was also bad-mouthing me. Deborah is the most two-faced person I’ve ever met. She likes to play the middleman. And if Deborah recommends any other business or person to help you sell or dispose of estate property, ignore her recommendations. We had to get the police involved to intervene on behalf of the estate because of the unprofessional behavior of one of the folks she recommended. Run away. Run very far away. - Colonel David M.
