•Siara met me with the statistics about selling my family home at our first meeting. She imparted a wealth of knowledge in the process of preparing my home for sale and the steps to achieve this. She empathized and worked with my emotional ties to the family home which made this task so difficult for me. She was accessible and knowledgeable about every question I had or situation that came up - which was quite extensive. She facilitated contacts with prospective buyers (2 - the first buyer had loan issues and dropped out). When addendums were required, she prepared and send them to me immediately. She smoothed out issues that arose between the buyer and myself and resolved them positively and efficiently. She came highly recommended to me from a neighbor and she did not disappoint. She is the BEST!
