•This is an overdue review. I lost my dear sweet grandmother in 2025 just shy of 6 weeks after I gave birth to my son via C section. I was commuting back and forth from Nevada for sometime and when she finally passed Brandi was referred to me by my father. I met Brandi and we had an instant connection. We decided to move forward with Brandi’s help to sell our grandmother’s home that was luckily in a trust and Brandi’s knowledge and compassion made it a smooth and easy process. I didn’t feel pressure to make any decisions that wasn’t best for me and my father as he was the other beneficiary of this home. Brandi also helped me as much as possible with other questions. She is also a mother herself and is very down to earth and relatable. Once we met and saw each other a few times in person the rest of our communication was via email or text as I live in Nevada. She responded to me promptly and made the transaction happen with very little visits back to California. I am glad to have closed this chapter of my life on a good note and have Brandi’s help doing so made it one less stressor!
