•House hunting has been more stressful than I thought and I didn't think that you need to pair with a perfect realtor nor if I thought it will make a significant difference. But the truth is YES, it really make a huge difference! I met Mark from one of the numerous open house i attended, I was skeptical but he really has proven himself and by working with him I definitely see the benefits of working with a pro realtor! His knowledge and attentiveness help reducing my stress level because instead of worrying missing my opportunity, he is constantly looking out for me and sending me houses he thinks I may like. He understands my needs and able to quickly adopt changes I have with what I am looking for. Mark is very flexible in his work hrs, he is very patient, understanding, and responsive. Even if he cant pick up your calls, he will shoot you a text so you dont wonder when is he checking his voicemail. He gave me many professional advise that has been super helpful and always RESPECTFUL of my decision. I am very very thrilled to choose Mark as my realtor.
