•Christina coordinated with me for a relo from Austin to Las Vegas from early in the process, throughout the sale of my home, making time for me when I could make it to town, keeping me up to date during the duration of the multi month process. I had a team (RE Agent, Title) in Austin as well as Christina, Loan Agent, and Title in Nevada, closely coordinating the transactions of selling my house in Texas, and buying my house in Vegas. During this time, Christina was instrumental in helping me connect the teams in executing the sale of my Texas house and the purchase of the Vegas house within a week of each other. There was a lot of back and forth between all parties between the two states. She stepped in when and where I needed her, and the execution of the transactions went very well in part due to her assistance. The Texas team, not so much. When we had issues with the inspections, she was able to secure a specialist inspection immediately to keep to our timeline. With the security of the secondary inspection, we were confident in our purchase. I would definitely have Christina on my team for a cross country relo again. This is the second relo I have done, and it went far smoother than the first!
