Our selling experience with Malida could not have been any better and without a doubt, I will be using her for any future real estate buy/sell needs in the future. I sought out Malida based on a stellar referral from a meticulous colleague whom I trust to have very high standards. Our goals in the listing were to maximize profit (above comps) in the shortest window possible in a very stagnant September / October timeframe.From the very beginning, Malida was on top of all of the details which is something that I value. We worked together to devise our sell strategy and ultimately, this strategy paid huge dividends. From the recommendations for getting the house ready for the market to the marketing tools that were employed… everything was on point and highly professional.
