•Albert made sure that I was informed and helped me through the process at every step. He went above and beyond what I thought he would do.. contingencies with the appraisal, he stayed on top of them and made sure everything was done and a lot of the work he did himself, above and beyond what I thought he would do. His professionalism is eclipsed by his personality and caring attitude, you feel you have found a friend. On Numerous trips from Houston to the property Albert would pick me up and drive me there. At every step he assured me that this was a good house and we were going to get this house. He made many other trips by himself to meet with the inspectors, repair walls, scrape peeling paint, paint and seal gaps around windows and walls. Now that I'm sitting here in my home the adventure is just beginning on a new chapter of my life and it's only because of the work that Albert did from start to finish. Remember the fish,... should I mentioned the fish... Skip the fish... Albert took care of the fish and the cat . Saved the cat's life! He walked through the property with me and his concern was not whether I liked it, since I did, but whether he thought it was in good enough condition and was the right house for me to actually buy and live in with Cody my little dog, who by the way, loves the yard. I would recommend Albert to anyone buying or selling a home. If you're wanting a realtor who is knowledgeable and professional, one who cares about you and your family, someone who is caring and generous and comes across as a real and genuine person and friend, Albert is who you want .
