This was our third transaction with her, and once again, she delivered.
Working with Laura to sell our house was almost too easy. This was our third transaction with her, and once again, she delivered. We wanted a quick sale with minimal showings (three senior dogs made that a priority), and Laura built a strategy around that from the start. She really knows this market inside and out; she nailed the timing, guided us on staging, and the photos alone did the job. We received two sight-unseen offers within hours of the “coming soon” listing and never even had to do a single showing. We ended up in the dream scenario: $160K over asking, no contingencies, and a free rent-back, all over a weekend when Laura was away with her family for her son’s games, and before the house was even officially listed. You wouldn’t have known she was away; she was on top of everything the entire time. Laura is also very straightforward, which we really appreciated.
