I would ask for her again!

Katy helped me buy my house 5 years ago and protected me from an overly zealous seller. So I asked her to list my house when it was time to move. It was a very down market and I had needed to move early in the process. Katy was fabulously helpful handling the many little details that needed to done, but I was out of state and couldn't do. And she managed to find the perfect buyer willing to pay a reasonable price. She couldn't have done any more for me throughout.
