•Canard was awesome. Everything went smoothly from beginning to the end with the sale of our home. Canard was polite, kind and able to answer every question I had. Our home was listed on a realtor site of homes becoming available, it never hit the market, we had 2 different showings and it was sold. He was able to get everything taken care of behind the scenes which required very little effort on our part. He met with us for signings explaining each document as we went along. He came to the closing as support in case we had any other questions. I highly recommend Canard and his entire team, we had an awesome experience. We're extremely happy with their guidance from day one on what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale, all of the follow up on our progress and how quickly it sold. The agency came highly recommended to me from my best friend who had the same experience selling her home quickly. She had her home listed For 6 months with a national name home seller and never received a bite, barely had any showings, very little communication. After their contract expired she called this realtor office and her home sold quickly as well. We just can't thank Canard and his partner, Daniel enough!
