Outstanding from beginning until after closing

OUTSTANDING, outstanding… Ileana evaluated my needs and wants including what I can afford to prevent me from getting more than I can chew. She helped me get a home not a house. She assisted me from beginning until the end of the process. She followed up after the closing, and ensured she provided me with assistance/information needed to fix all the issues addressed in the inspection report - REALLY? WHO DOES THAT NOWADAYS?!?! She walked me thru the entire process, very patiently, and she repeated everything as many times needed until I understood without making me feel stupid - it’s a lot going on in the process of buying a home especially for a new homebuyer. Words can’t express my gratitude for all her kindness, patience , and knowledge - not only in regards to loan, best locations, etc, but also what to look for in the long run such as quality of walls/paint/ countertop/ utilities/appliances. DEFINITELY recommend her as a real estate and broker. Overall, I felt like a friend is helping me and not someone who is after a paycheck.
