Before choosing who would represent my family, I prayed a lot. Our goal was a dream, to own a home on Maui's west side and raise our kids where I was raised. The market was tight, but Litea's market knowledge helped us spot the right opportunity quickly. When one home caught our eye, her negotiation skills got us a deal with the sellers, and we went into escrow. Litea was outstanding from start to finish. When we hit speed bumps that were out of our control, she was always four steps ahead of them. She and our team were exactly who I had prayed for to get this deal done. I grew up with Litea, so this was personal for her. She truly walks the walk when it comes to keeping our people home in Hawai'i, and that's exactly what she did for us. Thanks to her, my family and I are home in Kahana/Napili, where I grew up.
