Amazing realtor that really cares about her clients

Dawn helped me sell a house and buy a house in 2019. When I decided to move to Texas after finding out that I was going to be a grandma she was the first and only realtor that came to mind to help me. She gives her all to her clients and I couldn't imagine anyone that could help me better than she could. I gave her a tentative date to list of the end of March. I went to Texas in January and found the perfect house so when I got home I called her in a panic that I needed to list my house and get it sold QUICK. She didn't even blink an eye and got on it right away. Within a week we were scheduling photos and getting it ready to list. The house went on on the market and that day we had one showing and got a full price offer and the agreement to let me stay an extra week so that my move to Texas would go smoothly. I was elated because with the sluggish market I was unsure how long it would take. Then came the inspections and the buyers wanted me to fix the sewer line which we had never had an issue with. Dawn reached out to our original sewer line inspector and sent him the video from the current inspection and he told her that there were no changes from our original inspection. She reached out to the buyers realtor and was able to get them to agree and we closed without any other hiccups. She made the whole thing so smooth that at times I thought I was missing something. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that asked who they should use.
