I was comfortable with Amaryllis from day one when we spoke over the phone. She is easy to speak with and good at sharing her knowledge of the housing market. My husband and I were on a time crunch to find a house and Amaryllis made it happen. She showed up the first day with multiple listings and did her homework on each property. She had listed on each the property taxes, the age of the roof, and AC just to name a few things. She was always communicating and pointing us in the right directions for lenders. We thank her for all her hard work into finding us our new home. We are very greatful to have had worked with such a super agent.

Two Weeks on the Market!
I can’t say enough about the phenomenal job Kimley Simard did in selling my house. First, the house was listed beautifully—photos and video! Her attention to details and creativity made the house stand out. Two weeks later, house was under contract. I was ecstatic. Kimley was always professional and consistently kept me informed about every detail, situation, process. She also educated me on the whole process of selling/buying a house. Thanks to her expertise, creativity, professionalism, skilled negotiations, my house sold quickly and for a great price for both parties. There were no delays or rescheduling of closing dates!!!!
